Harvest Green Chef's Farm Table Dinner-December

Come join us for an incredible dinner in the middle of the farm with Chef Adam Garcia (formerly The Pass and Provisions, Coltivare). Many of you were able to enjoy his cooking at the VIP event before the Harvest Festival, or at the farmers market the next day. 

He will be returning to the farm for another spectacular dinner cooked and eaten right in the middle of the village farm. The dinner will feature a number of seasonal vegetables currently growing around the dinner tables.

Menu:

1st course: Smokey eggplant dip, assorted vegetable bagna cauda.

2nd course: Arugula and brassica salad, marinated baby beets, roasted purple Korean and Hayman sweet potato, pumpkin seed vinaigrette, croutons.

Sides:

  • Roasted root vegetables cous-cous with bitter greens and lemon.
  • Farro and black rice with autumn vegetables.

3rd course: Roasted snapper with marinated vegetables, turnip green salsa verde, romesco.

4th course: Short rib pasta, maitake mushrooms, parmesan, pickled red onion.

 

Tickets are $75 each for the four course meal with drink pairings. 

Please remember to dress for the occasion (shoes that can get dirty and appropriately for the temperature) as this is an outdoor dinner. Dress code is whatever works for you!
